Terms of Service — Games

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in France.

11. Changes to These Terms

Thierry Berger reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Games after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
